Design & Engineering
Once the basic process design and capital estimate have been agreed with the client, we will move on to complete the next stages of the project:
- Design of steelwork layout and civil work
- Design of pipework layout, sizing, specification, etc.
- Schedules and specifications of lines, valves, pipeline fittings, instruments, pressure relief units, and electrical drives
- Instrument and electrical design and specification including area classification drawings, loop sheets, cable schedules, panel drawings, etc.
- Sizing of pressure relief devices according to latest guidelines
- Specification of control parameters, instrument ranges, etc.
- Detail specification of site installation contracts
