Moulson were employed to undertake the design, engineering, procurement, project management, site supervision, supply of documentation, and supervision of commissioning of an extension to the grain distillery in Scotland.
The work involved installing additional washbacks and wash charger complete with heat exchangers and pumps, 2 spirit storage tanks and tanker loading area, a two column extension to the existing still house and replacement cooling tower with additional pumps.
